Ok, so I thought it was a word that little boys had a fascination with until I had my sweet little girl and yep, you guessed it, everyother word out of her mouth is "poop". We just got done eating dinner and I swear I heard that word no less than thirty times. What's the deal with this word?? I'm typing on my computer and in walks Kayla and she proceeds to greet me,"Hi, poopy mommy". I indulge her and reply,"Hi, poopy Kayla". Is that the problem? Am I bringing on the further use of this word by repeating it back???We are driving in the car and I hear her say," hello poopy cows" as we drive by a field of cows. Outside in the sunshine relaxing and all I can hear is my beautiful girl calling something or other poopy this and poopy that. Want to know the ironic thing? Several hours earlier guess what I was washing out? Poopy underwear because that little darling can't tell me she needs to go POOP! Where's that word when I need it!!!!! One hundred times a day when I don't need it and zero times when I need her to say it. Such is life! So here's to all my friends and if you haven't heard it like me-Poop, Poop, Poop, Poop, Poop, Poop, Poop, Poop, Poop, Poop. Because we all need a little more poop in our lives.

I can identify- Kale's word of choice is eyeball. He teases Brilee relentlessly calling her an eyeball- and of course she bursts into tears over being called the dreaded "eyeball". I am also greeted with "hello, eyeball!" although I think eyeball is better than poop! Have a poopy day!
