Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay 2010

"The Running of the Fools" 2010 Wasatch Back Relay. What a blast we had! We laughed we cried we even danced!
Think you can't you can. Me with my brother in-law Brian who ran this race in the middle of chemotherapy. What an inspiration! This race is tough for any runner let alone running it feeling like you have the worst case of the flu ever. Brian kept on running and ran even when he was so exhausted and felt so sick. He had some very tough legs in the race some straight up hill and he was AMAZING!! I look at him and I am in "AWE". What an inspiration Brian.
One of these things is not like the other...... Yes, I was the only girl in the van and heard my share of "poop" stories and "Look out hot chick running" statements. I loved every minute of it. I got to spend time with family and friends and it was truly a BLAST.

Chad told Brian a few months ago that if he was still able to run Ragnar that he would shave his head-he forgot to tell me and the morning before the race I went into the bathroom early in the morning anf found my husband bald-it was a shock but I got used to it!

Months and months of training and dragging our rear ends out of bed to run together finally lead us to this race. I am so proud of Chad and so proud of both of us that we finally made it and survived this race. Hat's off to you Chad you ran and kept on running.

Need I say more...... Us after the race sore and exhausted! But would I do it again-I don't know ask me in a few months!
Brian...you inspire me. I have learned to stop my complaining because I have seen you keep on going even when you feel like you can't go another step. Thanks for showing us all to keep on keepin on through it all. Word can't say how proud we all are of you ! You are an INSPIRATION.

Ok, so there was a team that ran in speedo's so I just had to get a picture right?

Me and Rosie. So proud of her. She took on running just for this race and she did awesome!

At an exchange about half way though. So many people everywhere. Good to know there are others that are as crazy as me!

What-how'd that get there?

Finally, the hand off. This was my hardest leg and I have to say it kicked my butt!

Hills, hills and more hills, will they ever stop??

Way to go Terr, and Chad! You look good as a bald man, you just need to get a tan on your head. Scott's head is plenty tan due to lack of hair!
